Constance Marie

Constance Constance Marie Lopez (born September 9, 1965)[1] is an American actress from the United States. Her roles include Angie Lopez in George Lopez (2002-2007) and Marcela Quintanilla who is the mother of Selena in Selena (1997). She played Regina Vasquez in the ABC Family/Freeform drama series Switched at Birth (2011-2017). She currently plays Camila Diaz, the star of the Amazon Prime Video drama series Undone (1999). Marie started her acting career during her teenage years. In 1988 she scored a role in Salsa. Other credits on film and television include Early Edition and Dirty Dancing, Selena and Spin City and Ally McBeal. Marie was picked to play Angie Lopez on the ABC comedy series George Lopez. Marie was a part of Jacqueline Obradors, Hector Elizondo and Elizabeth Pena in the 2001 comedy-drama Tortilla Soup. She also appeared in the PBS drama series American Family. Her clothing line was launched "The Constance Marie" in October 2007. She also appeared in an ad campaign for PETA that year , encouraging pet owners to spay and neuter their pets. 3 Marie was the main character in Switched at Birth on ABC Family/Freeform for the period from 2011 to 2017. She played Regina Vasquez (the birth mother of one baby and the legal mother of another).
