Heidi Watney

Heidi Watney, born May 19, 1981 was an American sportscaster from the US. Her first year as an National Merit Scholar and attended the University of San Diego on academic scholarships, and she graduated with distinction in 2003. Watney competed in Miss California USA in 2002 in which she placed as the first third place. Watney began her career with KMPH-TV in Fresno in September 2003. She began as a morning traffic reporter. She then transitioned to the weekend sports anchor and weekday sports reporter in 2005. "3"Watney came to Massachusetts in 2008 to join the team for New England Sports Network (NESN). She was a gameday reporter for the Boston Red Sox. Watney was also host of the Ultimate Red Sox Show, Red Sox Report and Red Sox Report. In January 2012, Watney began working for Time Warner Cable SportsNet in Los Angeles as a reporter with the LA Galaxy. She was then hired by MLB Network in November 2012 and remained there for nine years. In the past, she was the host of Quick Pitch. She joined Apple TV+ 2022.
