Dua Lipa is a British singer/songwriter from London United Kingdom on August 22nd, 1995. After working as a fashion model her decision was to join Warner Bros Records and release her debut album "Dua Lipa" in the year 2017. The album reached the third place on the U.K. Chart for Albums. The album released eight singles and included Be The Only I.D.G.A.F. as well as New Rules (UK number one). The album also climbed at the number 6 spot on the charts in the United States. Lipa received the Brit Awards for British Female solo artist and British breakout act in the year 2018. Her album was certified platinum throughout the world. Future Nostalgia Lipa's second album was released in 2020. Help her celebrate here. Dua Lipa was born on August 22, 1995, in London with Kosovo Albanian Anesa Rexha, and Dukagjin Lipa. Through her maternal grandmother, Dua Lipa is Bosnian. Also, it is possible to find her family's roots in the Kosovo city of Peja. Lipa's grandparents were both historians. She has two siblings, Rina Gjin and Gjin. Lipa learned to play the guitar and sing with her father Oda. He is the leader singer/guitarist for Kosovan's rock group Oda. In the family, her father would continue to perform music, including music and compositions, as well as songs of David Bowie Bob Dylan Radiohead Sting The Police and Stereophonics. Lipa began singing when she was 5 years old. In the year she turned nine years old, she began singing at her school, the Sylvia Young Theater School.
